Experience

Kibovich has more than seventeen years’ experience in business, managerial, and financial consultation for boards of directors and senior management, including broad international experience working for global corporations in dozens of countries in Europe, Asia, North and South America, and a wealth of professional experience across a range of services, such as: planning and implementation of business processes (including sales, procurement, inventory management, mergers and acquisitions), managing change processes, organizational structure optimization, performance improvement, internal controls and company's procedures, due diligence studies, economic studies, administrative enforcement, internal auditing, risk management, providing expert opinions to courts and external audits of financial statements, including preparation of a prospectus for IPOs. In addition, Kibovich has proven experience in investment banking and capital raising for technology companies and assistance in matching customers, business partners and strategic investments.

Expertise

Kibovich is a leading expert in Israel in corporate governance, board work effectiveness, executive remuneration, investor relations management, and regulation implementation. During her years of work, she has investigated all aspects of corporate governance in various countries worldwide for the Ministry of Finance and has consulted Entropy Corporate Governance firm on the construction of a ratings model for the general level of corporate governance at all Israeli public companies. In addition, she was chosen by the Governmental Companies Authority to assess the effectiveness of the work of boards at governmental companies, and headed the team.

As part of her professional experience, Kibovich examined the objectives of the companies and managers at the largest governmental companies in Israel for the Governmental Companies Authority, their level of achievement of these targets, and remuneration models, and provided advice on the remuneration policy applying to governmental companies in Israel. She has also advised regulatory agencies such as the Ministry of Finance, the Governmental Companies Authority, the Ministry of Health, and the Securities Authority on formulating regulations for the entities under their supervision. Likewise, she advised public companies and private companies in the process of adopting public company standards or conducting issuance processes on corporate governance and regulation issues. In the field of executive remuneration and in the framework of consulting at general shareholder assemblies, she developed a remuneration policy and remuneration plans for hundreds of companies and provided close guidance to controlling shareholders and CEOs through approval processes, including negotiating on their behalf to achieve the best results for all stakeholders.

BDO

Until 2018, Kibovich served as a partner at BDO, a major business consultancy and accounting firm in Israel (about 1,500 employees), and one of the five largest firms in the world. As part of her role, she initiated, established, and managed several new departments in the firm and transformed them into major leaders in their fields among other accounting and business consulting firms. In addition, she served as the "BDO Ambassador" in Israel on BDO's global network strategy, initiated and led measures to improve customer relations and adopt a CRM system, and for improving the management of time resources according to the needs of each individual unit and served as an active partner in its internal and external instructing apparatus.

Lectures and media

Kibovich has been a professional lecturer for more than a decade in various frameworks, such as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, the Israel Bar Association, companies and professional entities on subjects such as board work, analysis of financial statements, corporate governance, performance metrics, risk management, remuneration of senior officers, and more. In addition, she has served as a regular economic commentator on the Calcali Balayla television program. She has also published and participated in dozens of articles and interviews in the press as well as on the radio and on television on economic topics. Through the years, Kibovich has ranked at the top of the list of Israeli accounting firm and economic consultancy executives, in an Ifat Media Research Ltd. survey on marketing media exposure. Kibovich was chosen by The Marker for the “40 Under 40” list.

Education

Kibovich has a B.A in Business Administration from the Management College, an Accountancy certificate, and has passed the final financial examination of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel with some of the highest grades in the country. She also has a LL.B. degree in Law from the Academic Campus.In addition to her Business Administration and Accountancy studies, she has completed studies in Teaching Economics and Accountancy from the Technology Teaching College.

Kibovich serves as an External Director at Lapidot Heletz (public company), as the Chair of the Remuneration Committee, as a member of the Audit Committee and Merger Committee. Kibovich serves as an External Director at Wesure Global Tech (public company), as the Chair of the Balance-sheet Committee, as the Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee. Kibovich served as a mentor in the Woman2Woman program of the 8200 Graduates Association (graduates of an IDF intelligence and technology unit).
